I was looking around for something cheap / free to learn to play with (because the arduino is in an out-phase right now, as it has slightly confounded me, logistically, at the moment) while I save up for my VM host, NAS, and podcasting equipment.

I’m headed to the beaches of sunny Florida.

The imminent close of Google Reader is upon us, the “sunset,” the “shuttering of doors,” if you will. I’ve been playing ostrich and putting my head in the sand for a while. That’s not to say that I didn’t try some reader alternatives. I’m just a curmudgeon and think they all suck. I brought up instances of Tiny-Tiny-RSS, Selfoss, tried feedly, flipboard, old reader, and a multitude of others. They all sucked.

I have an issue. Its difficult for me to accept it, and to reach out and ask, nay… beg for help.

I’ve begun my studying for my CCA cert, and to be honest, it seems pretty straightforward. Citrix seem to be one of those products that, if you believe the book, is VERY straightforward, and logical. In practice, I’m SURE that its far more complicated and dumb than that, but I’m very used to dealing with that… (looking at you, OSX Server).

I’ve known about Microsoft’s InfoPath for a while, and as a part of most MS Office installs, its not a super huge mystery that it exists. Its existence, though, is questionable. I’m trying to figure out WHY it exists.
